the main secret of this recipe is the browned butter. It makes the cookie richer, tastier, and adds the spark of luxury into it. It takes only a few minutes to brown it and once done, make sure you let it cool, or else the cookies will be runny, not dense.

The quality of the chocolate is really important in this recipe. So make sure to choose a good quality milk chocolate and add it as much as you like. For this recipe, I made sure there is chocolate in the middle.

 1 cup Butter, unsalted
 2 ⅓ cups All purpose flour
 1 tsp Baking soda
 ½ tsp Salt
 1 cup Brown sugar, Dark
 ½ cup Granulated sugar
 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
 2 Eggs
 1 Chopped chocolate bar, Large

Brown the butter; Heat a saucepan on medium flame and boil the butter until it turns dark red or brown. Make sure to stir continuously. Once refrigerate it until the butter is at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 180C.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking soda.

In another bowl, mix the browned butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla essence using an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time, making sure that they are very well combined. Switch off the mixer and add the chocolate chunks into it. Use a wooden spatula to fold in the chocolate to the dough.

Refrigerate it for 1 hour.

Either make a ball with the dough or scoop it into the baking tray making sure that they are all same size. Bake for 10 minutes or until they turn golden. Let it cool down on a wire rack.
