A perfect chocolate cookie recipe for this perfect season.
Brown the butter; Heat a saucepan on medium flame and boil the butter until it turns dark red or brown. Make sure to stir continuously. Once refrigerate it until the butter is at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 180C.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking soda.
In another bowl, mix the browned butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla essence using an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time, making sure that they are very well combined. Switch off the mixer and add the chocolate chunks into it. Use a wooden spatula to fold in the chocolate to the dough.
Refrigerate it for 1 hour.
Either make a ball with the dough or scoop it into the baking tray making sure that they are all same size. Bake for 10 minutes or until they turn golden. Let it cool down on a wire rack.
