Potato Finger Rolls; A crispy easy potato recipe to perfectly pair it with a hot evening tea. Potato finger rolls are so easy to make and tastes 10x better than regular fries. Rice flour and semolina gives crispiness and texture to the mashed potato and makes it a 100% kids friendly food.

 ½ cup Water
 ¼ cup Vegetable oil
 ½ cup Semolina
 300 g Potatoes
 ½ tsp Chilli powder
 1 ½ tsp Chaat Masala
 ½ tsp Red chilli flakes
 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
 ½ cup Rice flour
 ½ tsp Pepper powder
 2 cups oil, to deep fry
 Salt to taste

Boil water in a saucepan and add salt and semolina. Combine well together and add 1/4 cup of vegetable oil. Combine everything well and switch off the flame.

Boil and mash potatoes in a bowl. Add chilli powder, pepper powder, chaat masala, red chilli flakes, salt, chopped coriander, rice flour into the same bowl and combine everything together using hands.

To this, add cooked semolina and knead again to make a dough. Grease your hands and roll them to make a cylindrical shape.

Deep fry in hot oil and stir them occasionally. Fry until it turns golden brown transfer the potato finger rolls into tissue towels to dry.

Serve with Chilli sauce and enjoy!
