I have added few more ingredients with pineapple and mango to actually make it healthy rather than just tasty.

Mint: There are so many health benefits of mint including helping with indigestion, rich in nutrients, helps with the irritability of stomach, etc. But more importantly , it tastes refreshing!

Ginger: Ginger is full of antioxidants ! And it may help with a handful of diseases such as increased blood pressure, lungs and heart diseases, etc.

Lime: Lime is rich in Vit C. It helps with indigestion, weight loss, to reduce belly fat, etc.

 1 cup Pineapple
 ½ cup Mango
 1 inch Ginger
 3 leaves of Mint
 ½ lime
 1 tbsp Sugar (optional)
 ½ cup Water

Cut off the inner core if you are using a fresh pineapple

Add chopped mangoes, pineapple and all other ingredients to the blender
