Granola bar is life! No, seriously ! This piece of food has helped me survive throughout my college- work days. There are soo many health benefits such as reducing cholesterol , boosting energy , helps weight loss , etc. Also it’s a great source of Vitamin E as well . But the reason most of us liked it was because it fills you up easily, saving time and money.
So here is the simplest recipe you can ever find on internet which can help you save both money and time!
You can also add peanut butter into it and add or remove any kind of nuts or add rice puffs (Thats the beauty of this recipe!).

An easy recipe of Oats granola bar using nuts and seeds of your choice, honey and nuts! So delish, healthy and easy to make!

 1 cup Rolled oats
 1 cup Pitted dates
 ½ cup Honey
 ½ cup Almonds
 ½ cup Hazelnuts
 ¼ cup Walnuts
 ½ cup Cashew nuts
 2 tbsp Dried cranberries
 2 tbsp raisins
 2 tbsp flax seeds

Coarsely chop all the nuts.

Roast oats in a pan for 3 minutes.

Roast all the chopped nuts and seeds as well for few minutes .

Blend the pitted dates using a blender into a smooth paste. Use a few ml of water if needed.

Combine the dates paste, roasted oats, nuts and seeds and honey in a mixing bowl. Dates paste and honey helps to glue the ingredients together. So make sure everything is combined well.

Grease the setting pan (preferably a square one) using butter.

Transfer the oats mixture into the pan and press it down very well using a spatula or a potato masher.

Garnish the top of granola with more cranberries and press that down as well.

Refrigerate it at least for 2 hours.

After everything has set well, cut it into equal pieces.

Store it in an air - tightened container up to a week.
